    I think this technique has a lot of potential. Legos are made from ABS plastic, a type 7 plastic which usually isnt recyclable. Many plastic toys are ABS and can be repurposed.

    У меня на санитарном силиконе висят керамогранитные плитки на потолке (40*40 см) и им склеены стёкла на фарах авто. Одно плохо. Высохший силикон в тубе использовать нельзя. Он не растворяется ничем.

      I do not think slower evaporation reduces the number or size of bubbles. I noticed that as less acetone is given to the plastic, as less bubbles it would have when it dries

    I tried to melt the pieces of plastic in the 100% Acetone and wouldn't melt although I tried with different types of plastic but no one of them would melt

      If you have the proper type of plastic (ABS plastic) - it starts to melt in 10 minutes. Probably, you took not the right type of plastic
